Quesos CARLOS NAVAS, a family-run business based in Peñaranda de Bracamonte (Salamanca), has been dedicated since 2012 to crafting raw sheep’s milk cheeses of different maturations and varieties — all proudly certified under the quality label “Tierra de Sabor“, which distinguishes the finest artisanal products from Castilla y León.
Blending family know-how, carefully selected raw materials, and meticulous artisanal production, we deliver an unwavering commitment to quality — a commitment recognized at some of the most prestigious and long-standing international competitions, including the Cincho Awards and the World Cheese Awards.
A clear testament to this was the 2024 edition of the Cincho Awards, held in Carrión de los Condes (Palencia), where Quesos Carlos Navas was honored with the Gran Cincho de Oro for its Gran Reserva 10 Meses, a Cincho de Oro for its Semicurado de Mezcla (Piornal), and another Cincho de Oro for the Invierno 2 Años.
Equally noteworthy was the 2024 edition of the World Cheese Awards, held in Viseu (Portugal), where three of our cheeses earned recognition: Gran Reserva 10 Meses and Invierno 2 Años both won a Gold Medal, while our Curado de Oveja proudly brought home a Bronze Medal.
