Carlos Navas Cheeses is the continuation of a long cheesemaking tradition that began with the owner’s grandfather, the family’s first master cheesemaker.

Carlos grew up watching every step of the process, inheriting his father’s passion for the craft, until in 2012 he began making his own cheeses.
